Cassian Thompson is the Deputy Executive Director of Community Schools & Youth Development. Cassian is a Graduate of Silberman School of Social Work where she obtained her Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Clinical Practice with Individuals, Families and Groups. She has been serving at Educational Alliance for the past 13 years in various capacities, all focusing on developing dynamic youth development programs and interventions for young people.
With her expertise in strategic program development and a heartfelt commitment to fostering educational excellence, Cassian is a seasoned educational leader, with a background rich with accomplishments in enhancing school programs, driving student success, and engaging communities to support academic and personal growth.
