Lourdes is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence across nonprofit and corporate environments. She has held leadership HR roles with The Home Depot Corporation, The YMCA of Montclair, Expo Design Center, Carnegie Hall, and Covenant House New York. Lourdes holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Skidmore College. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
