Kiffa Brathwaite
Managing Director, Center for Recovery and Wellness
Currently serving as Managing Director of the Center for Recovery and Wellness at Educational Alliance, Kiffa Brathwaite provides strategic leadership for programs that promote recovery, wellness, and community engagement across the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Previously, she held leadership roles with New York Common Pantry and Ladies of Hope Ministries, overseeing emergency food and nutrition initiatives. Kiffa earned her MBA from Metropolitan College of New York and was recognized as a 2021 Forefront Fellow by the Urban Design Forum for her commitment to civic leadership and community impact. Kiffa is now pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from Touro University.
As nonprofit executive and community leader with more than a decade of experience Kiffa has worked diligently to advance initiatives that strengthen underserved communities. She has led high-impact programs that expand access to essential services, build strategic partnerships, and improve outcomes for underserved communities across New York City. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and creating sustainable solutions that strengthen individuals and families.
