Nohelia Redondo

Nohelia Redondo serves as the Director of Compliance at Educational Alliance and has been a valued member of the organization for over 10 years. She began her career as a Program Coordinator at the Early Childhood program at Manny Cantor Center and advanced to Director of Operations before assuming her current role. For the past seven years, Nohelia has served as Director of Compliance, where she is committed to ensuring organizational excellence through regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Touro College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Education, providing a strong foundation for her work in human services and organizational leadership.  Outside of work, Nohelia enjoys spending quality time with her family and values the importance of maintaining strong family relationships.
